Selection of the first of many roasted beans. Our chosen coffee bean is 100% organic Brazilian Beans. The Salmo bean offers sweet nuttiness with a roasted butternut in taste and aroma. The rich milk chocolate and hazelnut flavor makes a great cup of coffee anytime of the day.
The small batch roasting offers a brewed coffee that’s not acidic or bitter. Of course, we needed to keep our motorcycle lineage with our coffee.
The roasting is only minutes away from the famous “Tail of the Dragon”, Robbinsville North Carolina.
Directions: 1 or 2 Tbs of coffee for an 8 oz cup (Depending on preference). Fresh cold water is recommended.
