Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy  
No returns are accepted after 30 days of the purchase date. Any items returned are at the customer’s expense.
All items are inspected for performance, condition of the unit, inventory of any missing parts and the condition of the original package.
There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items. The Chrome Shockwave will have a 35% restocking fee.
Any Chrome Shockwave that is returned with scratches or scuff marks is considered damaged and not eligible for return.
     
Warranty Policy  
All horns come with a full two-year limited warranty on the performance of the unit. All customers must register their purchase online. Each horn comes with a warranty card with online registration address. Warranties are not transferable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the unit back to:

Once the horn is received, we will inspect the performance of the horn. It is the decision of Screaming Banshee to either repair or replace the horn and ship it at no expense to the customer
